The following is required of all our candidates:
A. Legal status to work in the United States. Proof of Citizenship or presentation of acceptable
documents, required by United States Immigration. “We will not place illegal residents.” We will be happy to provide to you, the I-9 form, which you should have every employee complete.

B. A minimum of 2 years recent domestic experience for live out candidates.
A minimum of 1 year recent domestics experience for live in candidates.
C. References must be recent and checkable. We will share all references with you, no matter of the results. We do check the references in two forms, when at all possible, both written and verbal.
D. A background investigation of criminal, motor vehicle history and verification of social security is required of every applicant upon acceptance of a position. We assure you that these reports will be thoroughly checked and will meet the highest standards for applicant placement.
E. Valid driver’s license.
F. Fluency in English.
G. Own reliable transportation for all live out jobs.
How we begin:
A. Getting to know you: You may complete our form below or call us with your job requirements.
We will discuss the requirements for your position. We will review your daily, monthly even
yearly schedules, for home and work. Look at all the needs you and or your family have.
We can provide to you basic job descriptions to use as a base for your needs. Together we
will determine a job description which will best match your needs. In turn, we will provide the
best candidate for you!

B. Selecting the best candidates: We begin our data base search for qualified candidates.
Candidates work history and references will be sent to you via fax or email. Once you
have reviewed and are ready to set up an interview, we will assist in coordinating the
interviews. You may choose to interview at your home, office, our office or a public
place such as a local coffee shop or restaurant.
C. Final step: Once you have chosen a candidate and made an offer, which has been accepted, the background screening, of a criminal and motor vehicle check will be completed.
